My favorite herb, there is no other herb like it in the world! It acts as a sedative. Great for those really stressful days. If you want to relax then this herb is for you. A small price to pay to relax. It can also be used for sleep, the quality of sleep without feeling dizzy is incredible! Not to mention it is non-addictive!
