Holds up well mixed with sauces and doesn't fall apart when reheating leftover the next day-- which often is a problem with GF pastas. Amazing texture and taste for a long spaghetti-like noodle.
These have a great texture for gluten free pasta, and a mild/neutral flavor. The cooking instructions are also key!

I have been gluten free for fifteen years. I have tried so many pastas. This is the absolute best! It makes the best homemade fettuccine alfredo, just follow the directions and you won't be disappointed! Great quality, great taste!
I love the chew of this fettuccini made simply of brown rice that my gut can tolerate all the time. Somehow the texture of this rice pasta is better than other rice pastas I've tried, including the widest rice noodles I can find at Asian markets.

I love Tinkyada pasta and this was my first time trying the fettuccine— it was delicious! Perfect with a creamy cheese sauce and pancetta. The box was the right size for multiple servings and the brown rice added a nice nuttiness to the dish.
This is the only GF pasta I buy, because the texture and taste is EXACTLY like regular wheat pasta. I've tried many other GF pastas and nothing compares. Follow the cooking instructions and then sample it. I have to cook about 2+ minutes longer than directed.
