Unfortunately they gave my husband terrible anxiety, so he couldn’t take longer than a week or so before he figured it out. We are back to his original stuff that could have questionable ingredients.
It has good ingredients, supposed to take w food and twice a day….sometimes forget and getting decent results from just once a day. Recommend to anyone who trains hard and wants good quality product.
