on the Boulder Canyon Potato Chips we weren't sure if the black pepper would be too strong, but it wasn't so we were happy with the chips. We are very happy with the Boulder Canyon products. Boulder potato chips are the best. They are cooked in avocado oil. Do not eat other brands cooked in soybean, corn, or any other vegetable oil -- those oils a chemical. Boulder chip in any flavor are the best.
