My senior parents have been long time fans of this brand of CoQ10 - both this black Ultra CoQ10 and the red Ubiquinol. This was prescribed by their doctor for cardiovascular health, especially for high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and my dad who has undergone both angioplasty (2011) and open heart surgery (2019). This helps them with their heart health and wellness. I have also tried this on several occasions when I feel that my heart is weak or overworked from stress or strenuous physical activities. It gives me that boost and pump of heart health and energy that I can’t seem to obtain from simply ingesting regular multivitamins & minerals. Our family definitely recommends this brand and product. According to the manufacturer, Qunol Ultra and Mega are both water and fat-soluble and are better absorbed than a regular form of CoQ10. A good product, but not the best in its category in terms of value for money. It is suitable for light daily use, not for high-dose therapeutic purposes.
my family uses this product and finds it of good quality. age wise it is used 45 and above. CoQ10 is the ingredient and the benefit is for heart and skin. it is good source of antioxidant. hopefully, it'll help in cardiovascular issues also. I don't know the impact on brain and don't have info on taste too share.

I just purchased this form of CoQ10 for the first time. So I can't say a lot about the product as I've taken it only a week now. The pills are pleasant enough to take. Haven't noticed any effect as of yet. I was told this type of CoQ10 is more easily absorbed and that is what I wanted. I take one a day because I take a statin.
