high quality, but don't expect immediate results
I'm taking NR for a month now, this and other brands. The pill seems high quality, the powder is homogeneous and it hasn't changed color like some reported on other NR products. I wonder if mixing NMN and NR is a good or bad idea or just doesn't matter, I read over 20 papers on NR and NAD+ and didnt find any response, nor in podcasts from health/longevity specialists, but I read a product review here mentioned you shouldn't mix both. Well, for me it worked as well as tru niagen, but I didn't see short term results with any of those.
