I would give 5 stars, but DANGGGGG who the heck can swallow TWO HORSE sized pills daily and not run the risk of one getting stuck in a persons throat? Two pills are listed as the serving amount for the 2222 mg . I have had two close calls with these pills and then I skip several days debating whether to toss them or drink warm water prior to relax my throat, or start grinding them in my coffee grinder.
