It isn't very crunchy, and since it doesn't contain anything else (like almond butter), it isn't sweet, but it's not bitter either. It's a decent vegan chocolate.
I wish the cookie crunch pieces were a bit bigger and more crunchy. They're quite crushed. The taste is good. Even for someone like me who likes sweet chocolate, it's easy to eat.
