Lion's Mane Plus, 60 Vegan Capsules

I'd been reading about hedgehog's mane for a while and finally decided to try it because I'd been having trouble concentrating at work lately. After about three weeks, I realized I was less distracted and seemed to be able to complete tasks more calmly. Perhaps the effect is cumulative. The capsules are a regular size, and my stomach reacts normally.

The Lions Mane and Bacopa in here are severely underdosed, but this is a good supplement to get a solid amount of CognatIQ, which can help raise BDNF. Don't get me wrong, the Lions Mane and Bacopa are welcome additions to the supplement, but they aren't dosed particularly high.

Small beige capsules are easy to swallow. They don't irritate the gastrointestinal tract. The dosage is optimal, but not excessive.
