This is the second time I’m using this supplement as it has a natural ingredient and the quality is perfect I really feel the difference in my body, size is good
what i like about these is its quick to take in a jelly but doesn’t have crazy amount of sugars , and has organic sources in the ingredients

The convenience of these is good. But taking 4 and the sweetness is a lot. Its a lot of sugar for what it is. Stick to the powder- less calories.
