I got this after seeing a video online about how lithium can help with alot of things and calming down the mind is one of them. ive been on it for about a month and ive noticed it has definitely helped my mood overall and has me thinking more clearly.

If you're looking for 10mg of elemental lithium in the form of lithium orotate, you should pick a different product. The information label states: 10mg lithium (from lithium carbonate, lithium orotate). The fact lithium carbonate is listed before lithium orotate, it means lithium carbonate is what it mostly contains. I have asked Nutricost via email for an answer and they have not supplied any information. I find it incredibly sneaky.

This is a great product that I've already repurchased. Its main ingredient is lithium, which is very beneficial for brain health. The packaging is intact and easy to handle. Lithium is generally deficient in humans, and taking one to two tablets daily is just right. It doesn't have much taste and may offer some relief for symptoms of dementia.
Recommended by the neurologist, this is the lithium that has not caused me any kind of problem, in fact it is working great.
It's good for the brain, makes thinking clearer, and prevents lapses in concentration.
