I find the flavours OK but the taste a bit chalky. Think the Bariatric Advantage brand was better but I'm switching back to tablets as I found I'm avoiding taking these - they take ages to chew and are quite gummy. Not a fan.
As a bariatric patient it's very important to take vitamins. Calcium needs to be taken 3 times a day and with these chews they are easy to take along during the day. Since taking these my calcium levels are perfect.

It's a good product, but it gave me diarrhea. I'll wait a little longer after my surgery to see if it agrees with me better.
