It's easy to apply to the hair like a lotion, and I work it in with a wide-toothed comb, leave it for about 10 minutes to emulsify, and then rinse it off. I feel that it adds body and resilience to my hair.

works really well as described. tryed both usages as left-in and regular conditioner. i like that as left-in it doesn't have tendency to overuse and heavier my hair happy with the price.
