It's adorable! I bought it for my child to use for both cooling and warming compresses, and my child loves the designs! The only downside is that it cools down very quickly! I haven't used the warming function yet, so I can't share my experience with it.
This set of 3 gel packs are of good quality, the plastic doesn't have any smell. The size is just right for kids. We use it for itchy spots and minor bruises. The packaging is good, good enough to be given as gifts.

We keep these bears in the fridge, and the kids love running around, taking them out, and applying them to bruises. They're a must-have for any ailment. The soft cover is pleasant to the touch, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend them.
The 3 little bears are small kid's bruises best friends.. The cloth covers it makes it not too cold when in contact with skin. But as it is small size the cold won't hold too long. Not bad for kids to use.
My child loves it. Normally, they don't like using things for compresses, but since it's a doll, they love it and let me use it for compresses.
