I drank it and did some weight training and my muscles got really pumped! It was more effective than usual, and I think I'll be able to enjoy a more fulfilling weight training life!
It contains almost all the ingredients you'd expect in a pre-workout supplement, and the amounts of each are very high. The size of one scoop speaks volumes. And of course, you can definitely feel the effects. The mild, fruit-punch-like flavor is also easy to drink.
This product has a very rich ingredient list and is great, but the taste isn't ideal. If I were to buy it again, I would choose one of the other two flavors.
Nutra Bio, PRÉ-Workout has been my preference pre-workout for years. Transparent label is appreciated. Offers a balance of focus, energy, pump and endurance.
Very good quality strong high dosage pré work out. Seems like it has good effect and helps with workout. Tastes good, will add to my routine frequently for enegery and increased results. Good benefit, increased efficiency
This pre-workout supplement is all-in-one. Most pre-workouts sold on iHerb require you to add electrolytes, alpha-GPC, and other supplements afterwards, but this product has everything you need, which is a huge help. The taste and effects are excellent, and it's indispensable for BIG3 maxes and intense workouts. Personally, I feel it's on par with Pre-Caged Elite. It's expensive, so I recommend buying it during a sale.
Perfect, there are no such things, and oh wow, I recommend, I highly recommend.
I really like it for my workouts. Good taste, and gives me a nice boost during training. Well caffeine dosed, contains beta alanine for muscle recovery Overall, a solid product specially when comparing with others
Excellent quality, size, and ingredients.
I didn't like the product at all, the training was good with it but I felt very sad/depressed and terrible mood during a few days because of the ingredients! Also I had nose/sinus pain for days because of the high dose of citruline and others ingredients. I tried many preworkout never had this side effect on the mood, i read it came from this ingredient mostly (choline)
