These electrolyte packets are excellent for a ketogenic or low-carb diet and great quality! They not only taste great, but they have extra sodium in them, which is important on low-carb diets. They're also a LOT more affordable than other big brands, but with almost near identical ingredients! The powder dissolves quickly, so you don't have to shake it for very long in order to get a drink. I also appreciate that I can simply put a couple of these small sized packets in my purse, and they're always with me for hydration, just by dumping one of them into a container of water. I prefer mine being mixed with 32 ounces of water, and they still don't taste diluted. They even have more potassium in each packet, than potassium capsules have in them!

I love that this mixture of electrolytes comes in individual envelopes, because it is very easy to carry and prepare at any time. It includes four different flavors: grapefruit, strawberry, orange and watermelon, which allows you to vary and enjoy different options. In addition, it contains sodium, potassium and magnesium, important minerals for hydration. It is a practical option to take to the gym, work or during daily activities. I like the variety of flavors and the comfort of its presentation!
I like the different flavors, and the individual packets are so easy to keep in a pocket or bag for whenever I need one. They are convenient to take with me when I’m out and about, and I like that I can have different flavors on hand instead of carrying a large container.
I really love this electrolyte drink mix. The variety pack is perfect because you get to try different flavors, and they all taste amazing without being overly sweet. The individual stick packs are incredibly convenient to take to the gym or keep in my bag. They dissolve easily in water and provide a quick hydration boost when I need it most. I will definitely buy them again!
I drink it because I train a lot and need vitamins and good hydration, and this is what I was looking for. Thanks.
Having a packet of pre-measured & flavored electrolytes powder handy when needed is vital. These easily open and pour into a water bottle. I keep these in my gym bag, car glove compartment, handbag, and emergency kit.
