I never thought that something would help me to sleep this product is amazing , only disadvantage is expensive and only 32 gummies ! So it is costy for whoever need it daily ! I wish i herb get the offer in their main site which is 3 monthes doses with a discount , for whoever have diffculty in going to sleep it is recommended but it is not keep you in a continuous steady sleep just to get in sleep mode , highly recommended
