Sleep Science®, NightRest™ With Melatonin, 200 Tablets

This is a product which came in a very good price . I had no side effects using it but no "great results" also. It contains melatonin which helps to begin sleeping but my sleeping problem is of different nature and not solved , so far, by any kind of supplements . To be specific: last 7 years I suffer from "early awakenings". This means that I get up after 3 ,mostly 5, hours of sleep and then it's impossible to fall asleep again. Most psychiatrists are saying: "depression", others are saying : "stress which drives to depression". I am trying all kind of supplements (trying to avoid anti-depressant drugs), always from trustful companies. Melatonin (which helps starting to sleep) , magnesium (bi) glysinate, magnesium threonate, Valeriana, L-Theanine etc. etc. ... Nothing was "good enough"... Maybe this product works well for "lighter " cases than mine.

The tablets have 1 inch (size), so if you have problems in swalling, better not to buy it or you could break it into 2/3 parts. The dosage is 1-2 tablets 30-60 min before going to bed. This product seems to be of good quality and has multiple ingredients to help with sleep. The dosage is 2 , however I only take 1.
