It's so gentle, smells like mint and menthol, and comes in a generous quantity. Here's my method: 1. Wet your hair thoroughly with water 🚿 2. Take approximately two tablespoons. 3. Apply it directly to your scalp (not the ends). I distribute it with a dye brush. 4. Gently massage with your fingertips (not your nails) for 30-60 seconds. You'll feel light granules – this is the exfoliation. 5. Add a little water and continue massaging until it lathers. 6. Rinse thoroughly. 7. Afterwards, use a conditioner or hair mask, as the shampoo cleanses deeply. My favorite exfoliating shampoo. Cleanse the scalp and it smells great. it's a bit drying but you can apply leave in conditioner before using it. I only use it one a week.
