Very filling and nutrient-dense. The chocolate flavor is decent, especially blended with milk or banana. I appreciate the all-in-one formula, though the texture is a bit thick and gritty. Pricey, but good as a meal replacement
This is my new fave. I mix it with a really high quality almond milk and it turns out so creamy. And something about the flavor reminds me of childhood, just like a milkshake. But it has tons of protein and other good things!

This is probably the best nutrition shake taste wise I have tried. I haven't lost weight yet but this is probably because I haven't been consistent with drinking it everyday or exercising - so I am going to order some more and try again! Superior quality than other shakes I have had in the past!

This is a tastey mix, not like other powder drinks. I use ice and protien milk and 2 scoops of this and its perfect for a morning food substitute before work.
