I really love the flavor. It's yummy. I don't take it everyday but I do think it gives me a bit more energy. I should take it more consistently but it's kinda expensive. Overall I like taking it and I do feel like it's a positive addition to my lifestyle.
I suffer from pmdd and this drink has lots more of benefits that help balance my hormones and gives me energy to get going when I feel heavy and groggy in the morning. It has lots of ingredients like vitamin b as well which is so helpful as well as ashwaghanda to relieve stress. The taste is actually really good as well.
I feel like this makes my nails grow faster. The flavor is yum.

liked the taste, a bit too sweet for 8 oz. but good for 16oz of water. dosage size are comfortable for carrying with you . very good ingredients. i wish they will bring another taste of the beam glow.
