The taste of this is incredibly sweet and would work well in anything so do not worry. The color is beautiful. At a pastel green the quality of this natural food dye would work amazingly as a food color additive to all of your recipes. It is easy to blend and tasty.

This is a wonderful alternative to synthetic pandan extract. However, if using it purely as a food color, the color is not vibrant and takes a whole lot of product to make something green.
Takes a lot of powder to really "paint" my mint ice cream green, but if you've ever used pandan leaf you know that it's not the most potent. Still, gets the job done.
