The best preworkout on the market , this needs to be taken once a week
Clean energy, active ingredient , amazing taste and acceptable price as well
The quality of this is top notch - but beware, this is not for beginners! It’s a high stim preworkout so start with 1/4 or 1/2 scoop and work your way up. Definitely gives the tingles and the itchy ears feeling of niacin. I would also recommend taking it right before your workout as the effects begin pretty quickly. The taste is great as Ghost always is!
