I'm not a fan of the taste. It's quite unusual. As for the benefits, you need to finish the course to properly assess them. After a few doses, I feel like my skin is looking better.
Not sure if it's doing anything for me. At least it tastes good. I'm on vacation now so I am on hiatus. When I go back to work though I'll be taking these daily again. Taste fine with nice texture. Wish I knew if it were this product or another mushroom that I take that's giving me an energy boost. I think the best thing to shine is mushroom coffee and a good rest at night. Quality seems consistent across batches. No nasty ingredients to give bad aftertaste.

Very bad results; this “health” product has so much sugar in it that it has kicked my diabetes into gear again.😭I wanted them to be good so I tried them for two months and now I can’t even get a refund for the rest.
Candy is candy. The jar is very large and the lid is even larger, it's a bit inhumane to use so much plastic, especially for such a portion
