Great Taste - Even Better Benefits
I cannot recommend this tea enough. I do not drink it daily, but do when I am feeling a bit overwhelmed or my stress levels are high. It’s a warm cup of coziness and I have found is truly helps me, especially before bed. It’s not only beneficial, but it tastes great too!

Before going to sleep
At first, I found the taste a little unusual, but I got used to it. It has a grassy scent of ashwagandha and a hint of cinnamon. When I'm feeling stressed, I drink it hot before bed as a reset drink, and it helps me sleep soundly without waking up in the middle of the night.
