Cannot be washed
I washed it to give to my baby in the winter, but the internal parts melted and it smells terrible. I ended up throwing it away.

The teddy bear shape is very cute. I put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and it comes out warm, but it cools down very quickly. Honestly, an electric compress is much warmer. I don't recommend it at all. After heating, it has a musty smell, I don't know how to describe it, but it's not a bad smell.

This is my second one.
I had previously purchased the rabbit-shaped version and found it very useful, so I bought a second one for my family. It seems to contain a heating element and a cooling element derived from corn in the belly area, and if you chill it in the freezer for about an hour, it stays cool for a long time. It's like a smaller version of an ice pack. On the other hand, when I microwaved it at 600W for 2 minutes, it was too hot even for an adult, so I let it cool down a bit before using it. You should probably adjust the time if using it for children. It's made of terrycloth, feels nice, and has a gentle scent.
