Having had gastric bypass ten years ago, one of the supplements I am required the rest of my life is sub-lingual B12. I love these tablets. They have a great orange taste and disolve faster than any other name brands I have tried. This is it from now on. I'm sticking with these.
If you take B12 and want the right amount you need at least 2,500 mcg. This one is the best I could find and for the price. My 3rd reorder.
This is a very nice form of B12 sublingual (very important as B12 sublingual is absorbed directly into the blood stream because the skin under the tongue is highly vascularized. B12 is not absorbed well at all in the stomach. It is also important to take a vitamin B complex with the B12 sublngual. Thank you.
According to Dr. Murray ND, this is the most effective form of B-12. It can be used immediately by the body and does not need to be converted first by the liver. It is beneficial for depression, as well as homocysteine metabolism, and acts as a methyl donor for processes of energy metabolism, immune function, and nerve function.
Great product, high in methyl-B12, the superior form. I recommend this product for almost 8 years now. The only minor problem is that when not used every day, after a few weeks the tablets will absorb moist and get a bit sticky.
I have been tested and it showed that I have a shortage of B12. I sometimes get B12 injections, but I take these daily. To be honest I take these every other day. On the other day I take active B12 dibencozide (lozenges), also from Country Life. I feel like I have the best combination there. Some say that this one is the best vitamin B12, some say the dibencozide is the best. I take both (not on the same day). I like Country Life, I trust this brand. They really give energy. I advise you to take a vitamin B complex as well.

Easy to take and slightly tart, but very good and will buy again. I had bought a similar sublingual lozenge from Trader Joe's and it tasted awful! The kind of awful where your lips twist and your eyes cross involuntarily. lol Made me appreciate this brand all the more!! :)
