I've been using this to replace my coffee intake. This energy complex is great. Quality ingredients that give you a natural boost without feeling buzzing or crashing after. It's sweet but not medicinal in taste unlike energy drinks.

The effect is good – you immediately feel more alert and energetic. But as noted, it's best to reduce your usual coffee intake. It's best to take it in the morning, otherwise it's harder to fall asleep in the evening.

The ingredient profile looks very rich on paper. Having a full 5g dose of creatine and a solid cognitive complex (Alpha GPC, Huperzine A) for mental focus is fantastic. However, there is one major flaw if you are using this as a pre-workout: the 300mg of L-Theanine paired with only 100mg of Caffeine! As someone with a high caffeine tolerance, this massive 3:1 ratio of theanine acts as a complete handbrake on my energy, causing drowsiness instead of a pump. It might be a good 'smooth focus' drink for people terrified of caffeine jitters, but for anyone looking for real pre-workout energy, that excessive theanine dose just kills the vibe. I'm finishing it for the creatine, but the stimulant ratio needs a serious rework.
