I can't give an objective or long term review because the bottle broke after a 10 cm fall from the fridge. Such a bottle could break from a 10cm fall, maybe it's meant for me to not take it. But from the 2-times dosage, I can tell you if you take the recommended dosage, it should keep you awake at night. So I recommend starting at a small dosage, like 5 ml. And maybe it's seaweed, some people (esp with thyoid issue) are not suitable because of its iodine content. Maybe, that was why I was wide awake for the whole night (not energised). Tastes like mango (without the sourness) gel, nothing to complain about the taste.

Love these Sea moss Gels, I bought a few to try, if you like mango you will like this, and I can’t taste the seamoss in it. But it’s a nice jelly texture, I like to take a spoonful Morning and night. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I can’t say I’m noticing anything different yet, but will continue to use up what I have

I have been taking this sea moss for some time and I notice a difference in my overall energy or levels and skin health. I have better energy and clear skin and love tue different flavors.
