As a person who’s trying to get more fiber in, these fit the bill to add it on the days I’m not eating enough of it in my food. I make sure to drink water with it. Good packaging, works as fiber should. I believe it’s a good quality.

Average fiber gummy, I have taken other brands in the past so this is comparable. However the yellow ones are like chewing on rubber and hurts my teeth, the others do not have this problem.
