I used to suffer from dizziness and headaches after squats and deadlifts during my heavy weight training. However, since I started taking this supplement before or during my workouts, the headaches and dizziness have completely disappeared, probably thanks to the caffeine, citrulline, electrolytes, etc.!!! The high caffeine content also increases my concentration. My favorite way to take it is by adding creatine, which really improves consistency and pump! When I don't want to eat solid food before training, I also mix it with dextrin! This instantly fills me with energy and makes me very energized! I think this is definitely an essential basic supplement for intense workout practitioners to maintain their fitness and increase their performance! However, the taste isn't as good as the blue packaging (laughs). The pineapple punch flavor from the blue packaging is amazing, so I recommend that too!!!

If you're a human, be mindful of the caffeine dosage in a scoop. It is EXCESSIVE. try half a dose first.
the taste soft and good, I feel good energy levels, using half Scoop, solid PUMP, the results are Very good, i recommned This product
Great product, very good for gym in particular in early mornings when stomach is pretty empty
It’s too bad this is likely getting discontinued, the formula is packed with stuff for pumps and energy st clinical dosage. Doesnt taste the best, but an excellent formula.
My second time buying, the price was good and the formula delivers good results for my routine (workout).
Great pumps and energy, taste is a bit intense but not bad. I take it mostly on upperbody days and use a more stim focused pre on leg days. Overall good quality
Great pre-workout, quite a large quantity, good packaging, excellent quality.
The taste is great and it gives me a good workout the dosage is properly dosed in some.
Good flavor and clinical dosing like premium brands at 2x the price.
