I love this Selenium supplement. 200 mcg is just the right dose for me and taking two or three tablets to get it is not necessary with this supplement. The best thing is that Bluebonnet Nutrition provide the needed Se without the yeast. Unlike many others. Not all types of Selenium are created equal.

It has little sulfur odor as all selenium products but it’s not too bad at all. I can only recommend it .
