Not used to the taste and chalky texture of creatine initially but learnt a new hack to dissolve the ingredient in warm water. Viola! It removed the chalky texture! Started to be consistent in introducing it to my diet daily as a form of supplement as well as post workout recovery for both fitness and health. Great stuff!
