I love using sanding sugar to top cookies and other baked goods. It is such a great ingredient to add a little more sweetness and also a sparkly interesting look. It tastes great and looks good too. This package is great quality and I love the size of the granules.
I have been searching for this product on local shelves, quite literally, for years. It adds a tantalizing sparkle to baked goods, and makes your mouth water before you even taste it. Large package, good quality. Sugar crystals are not very large. I haven't used it in baking yet, I'll try it.
