this is my first time using magnesium oil. I purchased it for the eczema on hands/feet. it seems to be working for me! what doesn't work is the spray and the pump!¡ I have had to transfer oil & lotion to working containers 😕
I use it every day after work or gym after shower to massage and relaxation and the oil is good for massage foot every night!The price is actually pretty good and the quality top!

This is a fantastic way to increase magnesium levels. Cream is moisturising and low scent. With the oil, keep the pump separate to prevent clogging. Extra lid is supplied.
I haven't tried the oil yet but I've tried the lotion and I can definitely feel the calming effect. I also love the scent.
