I’ve been using Ashwaganda on and off for almost 20 years, since first prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor and this one has the most noticeable positive effects on my stress levels, my vagal tone and my parasympathetic nervous system activation - I measure heart rate variability and nervous system regulation with the free Elite HRV app, as well as with my Heartmath monitor. As a bonus, the taste and aroma left when swallowing is very pleasant.

I've been taking this for a while, I would not go without it. I stopped and I could notice a difference within days. This is calming and helpful overall, with no noticeable drawbacks. I recommend.

Been taking this for nearly a year. Brand was recommended by a professional acupuncturist/kinesiology practitioner. He cited the brand and its third party testing. I originally got it solely to help with boosting/regulating mood. Nothing absent a brain harpoon helps me with that (haha). However, I noticed my cognition — ability to quickly recall facts — have the right words — be in the zone mentally (and my job demands that) seemed to be better than I ever remembered (and I’m in my 50’s). Is it coincidence? I changed some other medications around this time as well — but I am so reluctant to stop this (which I truly think is the driver of these positive effects) that I’ve got it on subscription. My doctor had no concerns with me taking these). I ain’t stopping.

Amazing genuine product. Delivery and cost were both superb. I have using their product sunce 2 years and have not changed to any other brand because the results were amazing.

Good quality ingredients with this although it's not the optimal source of ashwagandha.

high quality ksm-66 ashwanganda. third party tested for heavy metalls.I take it one hour before bed and it helps to fall asleep easier and in general without nearly no interruptions. Love it!
