I have been eating this rice for about eight years. I use to get it locally but now that’s impossible and Iherb is my source. It’s better tasting than any other rice on the market. It has a great taste, great texture and is perfect as a side dish. I cook it on a stove top opposed to a rice cooker. Its delicious. It has the least arsenic levels if any because it’s organic and grown in California. I feel good about the quality of it.
