Original Sleep Powder with SleepStat™ Blend, Snoozeberry, 10 Stick Packs, 0.1 oz (3 g) Each

DreamWater is a rare natural sleep aid that you can really feel working (in my subjective experience). My sleep struggles are specifically with falling asleep - once I'm asleep, I'm good. So, I can't speak to the experience of people with opposite problems. But this supplement does absolutely promote sleep onset for me, and takes the pressure off on those nights when I really need rest and can start to experience sleep anxiety. These are such an important part of my routine that I have them on auto-ship each month to Japan (where I currently live). The powder sticks are my favorite, as they balance the convenience of compactness for easy storage aspect with a quick onset time. The gummy version is also effective, but tends to be a slower onset time for me.

I've been using these Dream Water stick packs on nights when I need help falling asleep. The snoozeberry flavor is pleasant, and it works quickly to help me relax and drift off. I wake up feeling rested with no grogginess. It's a convenient, effective option for occasional sleeplessness.

Thank you for providing such outstanding supplements! The quality is exceptional, with thoughtfully selected ingredients that offer remarkable health benefits. Your products have made a significant positive impact on my overall well-being. I also appreciate the secure and reliable packaging. Thanks again, iHerb!

Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a non-habit forming sleep aid.

I love dream water. Whether it was the bottles or the powder stachets. It truly makes me sleep so well. My main issue is that it has around 2-3g carbs. It tastes yum too.

Very relaxing helps with the sleep, you sleep deeply i take it 30 mins before bed time
