Just finished my first bottle of ashwagandha and I'm ordering more. I mix the powder into warm milk at night. After three weeks my stress dropped — I'm not snapping at people. The bag is compostable, which is nice.

Works perfect as a light primer. Great for use in the summer heat.

I bought this during a sale because it is a famous product. I haven't used it many times yet, but so far it applies well and seems to have a primer effect. The advice is to wait at least one minute after applying it before proceeding to the next step of your makeup.

This product does not seem to help with very sensitive skin, which is why I purchased it. The Environmental Working Group website lists this as “high” for the category of allergies and immunotoxcitiy. The ingredients on Iherb does not mention fragrance, which I always avoid, but EWG site says it contains fragrance. Unfortunately, I missed the return window.
