Flavor

Personally, the flavor wasn't what I expected. It has a slightly artificial taste, but some people might find it delicious depending on their preference. The quality is very good and it dissolves easily, so I'd like to try other flavors.

Recommended if you like sweet things

Ancient Nutrition is high quality and I've tried a variety of flavors, but I like their sweetness overall. This one has a strong peanut butter flavor with a hint of chocolate. It's delicious, reminiscent of sweet Japanese peanut butter. Blending it with banana and almond milk at a richer ratio makes it taste just like peanut butter, making it a great dessert. It's also great that it's made with simple ingredients and doesn't strain your stomach.
