My daughter takes 2 gummies a day for now almost 2 months. To be honest I can’t say there’s an obvious difference but the package size is great and taste good for kids.
My 13 year old son loves these. He keeps stating that these taste too good to actually be a supplement and have all the amazing ingredients and vitamins. He takes them daily and he is very athletic so what he puts in his body is very important to him. Since he is a finicky eater he doesn’t always get all the nutrients he should and these help with filling in those gaps. Keep making quality products.
