Vitamin D is essential, but the downside is that I keep wanting to take it because it tastes good. It's good, though. Make sure to take it often; it's easy to eat haha. I recommend it. It's a great supplement.

I have been taking this vitamin D for the second month and am very pleased with the results. Everyone knows that in autumn and winter we are catastrophically short of sun. Previously, because of this, I constantly felt tired, sleepy and apathetic in the morning. After starting to take it, my energy increased noticeably, it became much easier to wake up, and my overall mood improved. The capsules are small, they are very easy to swallow, there are no side effects from the stomach. I advise everyone to support immunity! Advantages: Convenient form, noticeable surge of strength, adds vigor. Disadvantages: None identified.
