I like how small the tablet is and it's quite a high strength of the enzyme . it's been working very well for me. I would buy again

I'm lactose intolerant and use the lactase enzyme sometimes to digest food with dairy to avoid tummy pain and cramp. The taste is pleasant and it is chewable. The dose is high and good for the value (can be even cheaper!). I save some in my bag just in case of emergency need.

Works a treat, tiny tablets take up less space as well and do not crush easily like other brands.

I have been taking them for over two weeks and they seem to be working great They're a little bigger than normal or what I'm used to but they are working really good

The pills are very useful when eating lactose lain products. Important to remember that one pill isn't for the whole day but when eating something heavy in lactose. It usually helps but for ice cream or full cream I still felt symptoms of stomach ache or diarrhoea the following day. My advice is not to overdo the lactose intake.
