Very happy with this berberine! I chose the dihydro form because it works more effectively than usual and requires a smaller dosage. I take 1 capsule during my first meal - it helps control appetite, carbohydrate resistance and energy levels remain stable all day. It is especially useful on keto: I feel that my metabolism is more active, there are no sugar surges, and it is easier to maintain satiety. It is convenient that the capsules are small and tasteless.
