I have tried a few electrolyte brands. this one seems to give me the best balanced energy for the day, even when others have stated similar ratios of ingredients. I like the taste better too. it seems "cleaner" if I can say that. I wish it came in larger quantities.

It tastes good and is easy to drink and make. I will be buying more for sure.

I like Trace products, but this one is a onetime purchase for me. Even though it has a good ingredients list the orange flavour is disgusting I have no idea why. It tastes more like flu medicine I would say. Other than that everything is fine.

Most Electrolytes in the market contain sugar so for me this one is perfect .very good to drink during workouts to help my body to not lose fluid: complete electrolytes ingredients.
