Great with collagen
I've noticed that taking collagen in combination with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid has a much better effect on my joints and spine than chondroprotectors. There's a wide variety of collagen available online, so you can choose any. Sometimes it's already formulated with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, while other times it's pure collagen, which works very well in combination with this supplement. I'm planning to buy a couple more packs to keep in reserve for use with collagen.
