Been taking one capsule for 8 days. Surprisingly my pms symptoms (which has been getting worse as I age) like 2-3 sleepless nights and itching all over face and body, moody, has been alleviated. Initially ordered it for anti-aging and blood sugar control purpose but I will likely order again for the other mentioned benefits.
This brand of resveratrol was highly rated online for quality ingredients. To be honest, I have not noticed many changes from taking this brand. I take so many other anti-inflammatory supplements and have not noticed much from this. It is a bit expensive. One thing I have noticed as somebody who lives at high elevation and frequently out of breath, despite being in good shape as I do feel an improvement in my blood circulation. Other than that, it’s hard to tell. I know that this one is highly bioavailable, though and recommended for your heart and many other benefits.
