These are small capsules, and they fill a small container. My anxiety and overthinking have decreased. It contains a variety of natural ingredients, and I think it's a product unlike anything I've seen before.

I think this is a pretty good product and I bought it for the ingredient list, which is natural and seems high quality. I'm not sure if they work 100% percent for me though. They do help me relax a bit, but definitely not a sleep aid if that's what you're looking for. Capsule size and dosage are pretty good. All in all, it's a good supplement, but not sure if I'd buy again.
