I find taking this band has a milder taste and consuming it every night before bed has stop me from waking up with phlegm in my throat. It's a great carrier oil when I'm taking turmeric and compared to other black seed oils I've tried I really noticed this brand of black seed oil helps with my seasonal allergies.

Great Quality product, I researched and this one seem to be well sourced. Was packaged well but the actually bottle is not very convenient for use.
Tastes very very bad!! But helps with inflamation…..reduces hunger…..gives you more energy. I take it in the morning before eating anything. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months. I pot it under my tongue to try and avoid taste and swollen with water.
my inflammation has dropped markedly after only a week. has a strong earthy taste that takes a bit to get used too. Make sure to keep it in a cupboard to keep it fresh and maintain quality.
