I take this product 15-20 min before meals to get some shielding as i have currently issues with my stomache. Usually for this reason chewables are necessary, but those contain a lot of stuff i cant tolerate with my sibo/imo. Therefore i open the capsule and keep the pulver in my mouth for some time. I hope it works the same. The price value is great and it does not contain many unhealthy fillers.

I've been using it for a month now and it's been very good. The capsules are not big and they are easy to swallow. The only problem I personally have is that the bottle is big, I take it three times a day, so I bought a smaller pillmaster now I carry it with me.
